RVO Health is seeking an Associate Director of Data Analytics to lead the analytics team behind Wellos, our health app built by dietitians and behavior change experts. You will manage data analysts and translate findings into actionable recommendations for senior leaders to shape growth and product improvements.

You will guide data collection, modeling, dashboards, and reporting while partnering with marketing, product, and operations to drive strategic insights and measurable outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field.
• Extensive experience in data analysis, modeling, visualization, and reporting.
• Proven leadership experience in managing a team of data analysts.
• Extensive experience in using data analysis tools and programming languages (Python, R, SQL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

We’re looking for an Associate Director, Data Analytics to lead the analytics team behind Wellos, our health and wellness app built by dietitians and behavior change experts. Members get nutrition lessons, tracking tools, and 1-on-1 coaching to help them build habits that last. In this role, you’ll lead a team of data analysts and turn what the data shows into clear recommendations for senior leaders, helping shape how Wellos grows and improves.

Where You'll Be

Location: Charlotte Metro Area (Fort Mill, SC) | Hybrid

We believe great collaboration happens when we're together, solving problems, learning from each other, and connecting as a team. That's why we’re in our offices Tuesday through Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., data science, statistics, computer science) or relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in data analysis, modeling, visualization, and reporting.
• Proven leadership experience in managing a team of data analysts.
• Extensive experience in using data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication. Collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive strategic insights from data and translate them into actionable recommendations.

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $120,000 - $160,000*
• Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
