Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking an Associate Director, CRM Development to lead the Salesforce development and manage our GTM technology stack. You will work closely with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
The successful candidate will have over 5 years of Salesforce development experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. This role offers a base salary range of $130,000—$170,000 USD along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and a 401k plan.
The Associate Director, CRM Development plays a critical role in architecting and scaling the technology foundation that powers TripleLift’s go-to-market engine. In this position, you will serve as the primary owner and developer of our Salesforce org - driving everything from custom object builds and workflow automation to data integrity, integrations, and platform governance. Beyond SFDC, you will own and manage our full GTM tech stack, including Outreach, Gong, MediaRadar, and other tools that enable our Sales, Revenue Operations, and Account Management teams to operate at peak efficiency.
You will partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions - ensuring our systems evolve in lockstep with how we go to market. US Jobs: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the TripleLift US salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of TripleLift’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region‑specific benefits.
