Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in life sciences, business or related field.
• 8+ years in biotech, pharma, healthcare consulting, investment banking, VC, equity research, corporate strategy or corporate development.
• Experience building and managing diligence data rooms.
• Strong understanding of drug development and biotech financing.
• Ability to prepare executive-level presentations and synthesize complex scientific information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of working independently in a dynamic startup.

Responsibilities

• Investor Relations & Fundraising Support: prepare for investor meetings, manage materials and diligence responses.
• Board & Executive Communications: synthesize data into concise executive communications and coordinate board materials.
• Competitive Intelligence & Strategic Analysis: monitor nephrology landscape, track pipelines and financing events, generate strategic reports.
• Scientific & KOL Engagement: map relationships with key opinion leaders and plan advisory board activities.
• Cross-Functional Strategic Projects: collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical Development and Finance on priority initiatives.
