We are seeking an experienced and collaborative scientist to lead a computational sciences team that helps biotherapeutic project teams choose antibodies, design and optimize molecules, plan experiments, and advance programs across the oncology, neuroscience, and immunology research portfolio.
This role is accountable for ensuring computational work influences live program decisions, including molecule selection, experimental strategy, prioritization, and go/no-go decisions, from binder discovery through candidate nomination. The role balances delivery on active programs with longer-term capability building, translating portfolio needs into computational strategies that improve current decisions and inform future generative design and predictive modeling capabilities.
This is a hands‑on scientific leadership role. You will set priorities across competing program needs, develop computational scientists, and focus the team’s work on the highest‑impact portfolio questions. Success requires close collaboration, technical judgment, clear communication, and the ability to translate analyses into hypotheses, visualizations, reports, and recommendations that shape project team decisions.
