Job Description
The Associate Director istheexpert on leading the commercial planning strategy and execution related to customers and trade management. This critical role helps to translate brand/category vision & strategy into clearly articulated category fundamentals, steer the BUs strategic agenda with cross-functional partners to improve impact with customers, and interacts within the BU as the face of field sales. Additionally, you will lead and empower your team of individuals who own day-to-day connectivity and leadership of aligned field category management team members.The team will operationalize the strategy set forth by the Associate Director across the BU team and with field sales.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$164,200.00 - $205,200.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
