Vaxcyte is seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Project Management to join the IT Project Management team and support commercial launch readiness. In partnership with the Commercial Launch Lead and cross‑functional stakeholders, this role will own key project management deliverables, including the integrated launch schedule, critical path, meeting governance, risk log, dashboards, status reporting, and communications. The role will also coordinate across Commercial and functional workstreams to support resource planning, KPI tracking, process and tool adoption, launch issue resolution, and post‑launch performance visibility.
Reports to: Senior Director IT Program Management
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Hybrid (minimum of 3 days per week onsite)
The compensation package will be competitive and includes comprehensive benefits and an equity component.
Salary Range: $177,000 - $206,000
This role is not eligible for relocation assistance.
