Job summary

Takeda is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Pharmacology for the Cambridge, MA area. The role leads clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics activities to support PDT R&D projects from early development through lifecycle management.

The position requires a Ph.D./PharmD or equivalent with 5+ years in pharmaceutical clinical pharmacology, plus strong modeling/simulation skills, and a track record in regulatory interactions.

Qualifications

• Ph.D., PharmD or equivalent training with 5+ years of clinical pharmacology experience in pharma.
• Hands-on modeling and pharmacometrics experience required.
• Strong writing and communication skills for regulatory interactions.

Responsibilities

• Represent Clinical Pharmacology on study teams and across functions.
• Plan and oversee clinical pharmacology aspects at study/program level.
• Design and execute pharmacology and modeling plans for development, regulatory submissions, and lifecycle management.
• Oversee outsourcing and vendor management with scientific oversight.
