Job summary

Trebla Talent is partnering with a publicly traded, clinical-stage biotech developing allogeneic, off-the-shelf NK cell therapies for autoimmune diseases. They are seeking an Associate Director/Director of Clinical Operations to lead global I&I/Autoimmune programs in cell therapies, including outpatient dosing in community settings.

The role requires strong clinical operations leadership, CRO oversight, and experience in small start-ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or healthcare field.
• Minimum of 4 years of industry experience in complex clinical programs.
• Proven experience with CRO/vendor selection and oversight.

They are seeking a Senior CTM OR Associate Director/Director of Clinical Operations with prior experience in cell therapies to lead global I&I/Autoimmune programs.
