Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Central Monitoring to lead centralized monitoring across sponsored trials. You will define KRIs, build analytics, and translate signals into risk-based actions across sites, studies and CRAs.

You will partner with Trial Risk Management, Site Monitoring, Data Management and IT to operationalize RBQM, drive continuous improvement, and ensure inspection-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science, nursing, or related discipline required.
• Advanced degree (MS, MPH) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, build, and maintain KRIs and centralized analytics at study/site/CRA levels.
• Continuously analyze data trends to adjust monitoring strategy.
• Operationalize changes in monitoring plans with Site Monitoring leadership.
• Support RBQM strategy, standards, and training.
• Lead central monitoring technology platforms and coordinate with IT/vendors.
• Present outputs and risks to study teams and leadership.
• Ensure documentation and escalation history are inspection-ready.
• Collaborate with Site Monitoring/CRA teams to action findings.
