Job summary

Adams Clinical is seeking an Associate Director, Central Clinical Operations to lead core functions that support study execution across the network. You will oversee training, data management, project management, and study startup while aligning with site operations.

You will hire and develop leaders, set performance expectations, and build scalable processes with cross-functional partners across Quality, Regulatory, and Business Development. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work standard East Coast business hours.
• 5+ years of onsite clinical research experience with site operations experience.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and developing managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Central Clinical Operations function, building teams and processes.
• Transition Study Startup ownership from BD to Clinical Operations with clear handoffs.
• Hire and onboard Central Operations roles with 30/60/90-day plans.
• Define roles and workflows between Central and site Clinical Operations.
