Position Summary
The Carlson Brand Enterprise (CBE) at the Carlson School of Management seeks a part-time Associate Director to support its mission of providing MBA and undergraduate students with hands‑on marketing experience. This temporary, casual employee position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about mentoring and developing future marketing professionals.
The Associate Director will play a critical role in guiding student marketing teams as they tackle real‑world business challenges for leading companies and organisations. They will provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and structured problem‑solving support to ensure high‑quality client deliverables.
Pay Range: $100-$125 per hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
