Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Immunology, Biochemistry, Virology, Molecular Biology, Bioengineering, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- 6-8+ years of industry experience in analytical development for advanced therapies, with demonstrated leadership.
- Deep expertise in immunology and lentivector mechanisms, with strong knowledge of CAR-T biology and in vivo gene delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of scientists focused on analytical comparability and product characterization for In Vivo and ex vivo cell therapy.
- Oversee development and implementation of advanced analytical methodologies for comparability and deep characterization of cell and gene therapy products.
- Set scientific and technical strategy for in vivo CAR-T lentivector characterization and cross-functional portfolio decisions.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to integrate analytical strategies within broader development processes.
