The successful candidate will be responsible for primarily sourcing debt and equity—including permanent loans, bridge loans, and construction loans—through various capital sources such as commercial banks, CMBS lenders, insurance companies, private equity, and credit unions. The anticipated salary range for candidates who will perform work in Minneapolis is $35,568 per year, plus commission, depending on experience, individual performance, transaction volume, and market conditions.
