Collins Aerospace in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an ERP Team Manager to lead JD Edwards ERP and Interiors Bolton applications, ensuring seamless operations and project delivery.

You will mentor a team, drive data conversion/mapping/validation, and collaborate across functions to optimize ERP solutions for OE manufacturing and aftermarket processes. Hybrid work arrangement applies. The role requires deep ERP expertise and strong leadership in data governance and system integration.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or Advanced Degree with 10+ years.
• Experience with JD Edwards, Macola, and other ERP systems.
• Experience in data conversion, mapping, and validation processes.
• ERP implementation experience with both technical and functional knowledge.
• Experience in aftermarket and OE manufacturing processes.
• Integration experience with multiple systems including PLM, Accounts Payable, different ERPs.

As the ERP Team Manager, you will lead the development, implementation, and support of JD Edwards ERP and Interiors Bolton applications. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless ERP operations and driving technical and functional excellence across the organization.

What You Will Do:

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
