Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of annual giving and fundraising principles (donor acquisition, retention, stewardship).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to craft donor-centered messages.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to guide strategy.
• Creativity, initiative, resourcefulness, and willingness to test new approaches.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with donor databases, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or related fundraising tech.
• Willingness to attend campus/donor events and occasional evenings/weekends.

• Develop and execute comprehensive annual giving strategies across multiple channels.
• Lead major annual giving initiatives (Annual Day of Giving, Giving Tuesday, Reunion Class Giving, etc.).
• Identify opportunities to expand use of emerging technologies and digital platforms for donor acquisition and reactivation.
• Collaborate with partners to create donor recognition, stewardship, and engagement opportunities.
• Write compelling annual giving content and donor communications.
• Maintain annual giving web content and online giving experiences.
• Monitor and report key annual giving metrics and campaign performance.
• Coordinate campaigns and ensure on-schedule delivery.
