Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior leader to define how process transformation work is delivered across industries, setting methodology, governing quality, and ensuring engagements reflect domain expertise and delivery standards. You will lead and develop teams, coach senior specialists, and partner with technology and delivery to ensure process design and platform work come together.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting
• Minimum 2 years of deep industry expertise in at least one domain with ability to apply to transformation methodology design
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing and developing team members
• Minimum 1 year of experience building and scaling AI-enabled solutions into client work

Responsibilities

• Embed AI into future state design for clients and ways of working using appropriate AI tools
• Define the process redesign standard for your industry or function and govern its application
• Determine the client facilitation approach: discovery workshops, recommendations, approvals
• Define benchmarking and transformation roadmap methodology
• Apply domain expertise and playbook methodology across engagements
• Manage client stakeholder facilitation activities
• Approve final process designs before client delivery
• Manage and develop direct reports; coach senior specialists
• Connect with technology and delivery partners to align design and platform work
• Define how AX Design is embedded in domain methodology for AI agent experiences
