Associate Director, Affluent Client Relationships

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director, Affluent Client Relationshipsto join our Priority and International Banking team. In this client-facing role, you will develop and manage relationships with affluent corporate partners and individual clients, delivering exceptional service, tailored wealth solutions, and sustainable business growth.

You will operate as a trusted advisor, supporting clients across their wealth journeys through investment advisory, portfolio reviews, banking solutions, and strategic financial planning. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of high-value clients while driving business growth in a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
  • Develop, manage, and deepen relationships with affluent corporate partners and individual clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering holistic financial and wealth management solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes.
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience through personalised, high-touch relationship management.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
  • Grow Assets Under Management (AUM), Net New Money (NNM), and wealth revenue through proactive sales and relationship-building activities.
  • Generate new business opportunities through referrals, prospecting activities, and strategic partnerships.
  • Expand client wallet share by identifying cross-selling opportunities across banking, lending, and investment products.
  • Collaborate with specialist teams to provide comprehensive banking and wealth solutions.
  • Conduct client risk profiling and recommend suitable investment solutions aligned with clients’ objectives.
  • Provide market insights, investment guidance, and wealth planning support.
  • Partner with investment specialists to deliver innovative solutions and identify growth opportunities.
Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in relationship management, wealth management, private banking, investment advisory, or financial services.
  • Strong track record of achieving revenue, portfolio growth, and client acquisition targets.
  • Experience advising affluent or high-net-worth clients on investment and banking solutions
