• Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends; experience with relational databases, online giving platforms, crowdfunding tools, AI tools, and web/design software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of fundraising proposals, cases for support, and donor materials for annual giving and capital campaigns.
• Translate institutional priorities into donor-centered narratives to support solicitations at various levels.
• Manage proposal and content-development pipeline with timely delivery and alignment.
• Maintain and update content assets for gift officers by initiatives and events.
• Establish and track KPIs related to content production and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align advancement and university messaging.
