Medpace is seeking an Associate Director of Account Management to join our Commercial Operations team in a full-time, office-based capacity. This role focuses on bids, financial oversight, pricing customization, and maintaining strong customer relationships during clinical trials.

You will oversee proposals, conduct financial analyses, and potentially supervise Account Analysts in a fast-growing CRO environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or medicine, health and life sciences.
• 5 years of experience in the conduct of clinical research and/or contract management/pricing.
• Strong working knowledge of financial and accounting processes.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and working knowledge of drug development services.
• Excellent analytical, as well as written and oral communication, skills.
• Excellent computer skills with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Past supervisory experience preferred.
