Job summary

Mosaic is seeking an Associate Direct Support Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of residential programs and activities for the individuals we serve.

You will coordinate daily activities, monitor health and safety, document progress, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting team members and maintaining facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in medication administration, CPR and first aid preferred (can obtain after hire).
• Minimum of one year experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and safety of individuals served and ensure living environments and program activities comply with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in managing residential programs: coordinate activities, support individuals with activities of daily living, and schedule staff.
• Perform miscellaneous duties: cover staff shortages, administer medications, participate in individual program planning teams.
• Assist in meal planning and preparation, ensuring diet orders and kitchen sanitation.
• Support individuals to identify and achieve personal outcomes; maintain detailed documentation of activities and progress.
• Intervene in case of aggressive or inappropriate behavior, implementing behavior programs.
• Maintain electronic documentation including activity records and progress.
• Handle house petty cash and purchases; oversee maintenance of facilities and transportation.
• Oversee transportation vehicles.

We’re looking for an Associate Direct Support Manager to join our team!

The Associate Direct Support Manager plays a key role in managing the operations of the Residential and Programs. Responsibilities include coordinating activities, documenting the progress of the people we serve, maintaining the facility, and preparing meals.

What YOU’LL Do:

• Monitor the health and safety of all the individuals served while ensuring that the living environments and program activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist with managing the operations of residential programs including coordinating activities, supporting individuals with all activities of daily living and scheduling staff.
• Perform miscellaneous duties such as covering staff shortages, administering medications, participating in individual program planning teams.
• Assist in planning and preparation of meals and snacks ensuring diet orders and kitchen sanitation procedures are followed.
• Support the people served to identify and achieve the personal outcomes important to them.
• Maintain detailed documentation of activities and developmental progress.
• Intervene when aggressive and/or inappropriate behavior occurs, implementing behavior programs and strategies where appropriate
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation, including activity records and developmental progress of people served.
• Handle house petty cash and individual finances, including purchasing groceries or supplies as needed.
• Oversee the maintenance of the residential facilities and transportation vehicles.

What YOU’LL Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Position requires certification in medication administration, CPR and first aid - can obtain after hire
• Minimum of one year experience working in related field

Schedule:Monday-Friday 3pm- 11pm on call rotating weekends
