BCG Attorney Search seeks an associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its Digital Risk Advisory and Cybersecurity Team in Los Angeles, CA. The successful candidate will advise clients on cybersecurity incidents, regulatory investigations, and provide advisory services such as incident response and risk assessments.

Candidates should have strong knowledge of data privacy and security laws, experience with incident response, and admission or eligibility for the California bar.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in digital risk, cybersecurity, or commercial litigation.
• Experience with cybersecurity incident response and regulatory developments.
• Familiarity with privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR, GLBA) is a plus.
• Admission or eligibility for state bar.
• Am Law 100 experience preferred.
