Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking an Associate Digital Product Manager to drive digital strategy across customer-facing products and websites. You will oversee launches, production, and ongoing support, leveraging your deep product knowledge and user insights to deliver value.

You will work with sales, dealers, customers, and vendors to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and guide implementations. Strong analytics, communication, and independence are key for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 years of experience in IT, marketing, product or delivery management, preferably within digital.
  • Experience with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI) and advanced Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the champion of the user’s needs, engaging with stakeholders to collect requirements.
  • Collaborates with product and engineering teams on bugs and feature improvements.
  • Advises users and stakeholders on business processes and application of customer-facing technology.
  • Performs implementation for customers, including configuration and customization requests.
  • Educates customers on current technology solutions and provides user training sessions and support.
  • Ensures user acceptance, performance, and post-production testing per guidelines.
  • Manages quality assurance for implemented solutions.
  • Manages web content for customer-facing technologies.
  • Communicates with internal customers to analyze business information needs and requirements.
  • Provides training for users as necessary.
  • Keeps knowledge of emerging technologies to optimize business practices.
  • Uses analytics and customer research to measure product effectiveness and guide development.
