Stout in Chicago is seeking an Associate in Digital Forensics & Cyber Risk – Disputes, Claims & Investigations to handle evidence collection from computers, mobiles, cloud accounts and removable media, and to analyze artifacts to reconstruct activity.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years in digital forensics or incident response, with proficiency in EnCase/FTK/Magnet AXIOM/Cellebrite/X-Ways and knowledge of Windows, macOS and Linux artifacts. Certifications like GCFE/GCFA preferred.

Formación

• 2-4 years of digital forensics or incident response experience.
• Proficiency with EnCase, FTK, Magnet AXIOM, Cellebrite or X-Ways.
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS and Linux artifacts.
• Certifications GCFE, GCFA, CFCE, EnCE or CCE preferred.
• Scripting and cloud forensics skills.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire and preserve digital evidence from computers, mobile devices, cloud accounts and removable media.
• Analyze file systems, logs and application artifacts to reconstruct user activity.
• Maintain chain of custody and write clear reports.
• Support incident response, fraud and eDiscovery matters.
