Job summary

Intezra, Inc. is seeking an Associate Developer to join a growing team advancing cyber capability development in Columbia, MD. This hands-on role targets early-career developers eager to learn from senior engineers and grow into deeper technical work in offensive cyber.

The position requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (and ability to obtain another polygraph if needed) with on-site work in Columbia, MD. Bachelor’s in a technical field or equivalent experience are accepted.

Qualifications

• Experience in Python or C/C++ programming.
• Experience with troubleshooting and debugging.

Intezra is hiring a skilled Associate Developer to join a growing team working on advanced cyber capability development. You'll contribute to the design and development of new hardware- and software-based capabilities and help drive excellence in the offensive cyber space.

This is a hands-on role for an early-career developer who wants to build real capabilities, learn from senior engineers, and grow into deeper technical work over time.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new hardware- or software-based cyber capabilities.
• Assist with the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems.
• Apply knowledge of security concepts and network technologies.
• Ensure software engineering standards are consistently met.

Skills Requirements

• Experience in Python or C/C++ programming.
• Experience with troubleshooting and debugging.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with networking (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming.
• Experience with low-level system internals across one or more platforms.
• Experience in software analysis or reverse engineering.
• Experience developing offensive cyber capabilities.
• Understanding of unit testing frameworks and practices.
• Understanding of assembly programming concepts.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Crucible.

Compensation & Employment Policy

Salary is determined by multiple factors, including location, education, experience, skills, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $76,000 – $130,000 (annualized USD).
