Job summary

An educational assessment organization is seeking an Associate Developer to develop and review apprenticeship assessment materials. This home-based role requires recent industry experience in the relevant occupational area and effective time management skills. The Role

Associate developers are industry experts who develop and review assessment materials such as question banks, scenario tests, grading criteria, and other standard‑specific materials to ensure they are valid, reliable, appropriate, and occupationally relevant. They must keep their occupational competence and knowledge updated in the industry/occupation linked to the standard they develop.
