Top Echelon Software, LLC in NYC seeks an apparel designer for seasonal Big Girls Walmart licensed collections, using Illustrator and Photoshop. You will research trends, develop colorways, create designs, and present concepts; collaborate with design, merchandising, and product development; review samples and organize files.

This position is predominantly onsite with some Fridays from home, requiring strong organization, deadline discipline, and adherence to brand guidelines across multiple

Qualifications

• 2+ years apparel design experience preferred
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, color, graphics, and apparel construction
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Licensed apparel experience is a plus
• Must be located in NYC
• Position is onsite with some flexibility to work from home on Fridays

• Support the design and development of seasonal apparel collections for the Big Girls Walmart licensed business
