Job summary

Little Sleepies seeks an Associate Designer to support the Design & Product Development teams in creating textile prints and graphics. You will execute designs in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, ensure repeats and color approvals meet brand standards, and collaborate across the design cycle from concept to final product.

The role requires 3–5 years of apparel graphic/textile experience, strong color sensibility, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in apparel graphic/textile design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) required.
• Product passion and strong color sense aligned to the brand.

Responsibilities

• Work with Design team from concept to final product approval.
• Create all over print and graphic designs and prepare repeats.
• Review color lab dips and prints with the team for timely approvals.
