Job summary

Winston Resources, LLC is recruiting an Associate Designer in the intimates category to support the design process from concept through development. You will contribute to trend research, create technical packs, and maintain factory communications to ensure timely, accurate submissions.

The role requires detail-oriented work, experience in intimates design, and the ability to coordinate with overseas factories and the Hong Kong office for buyer meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience sketching new styles for development.
• Create design sheets, tech packs, and BOMs for factories.
• Knowledge of seasonal trend research and market shopping.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience reviewing quality submits and following TA calendars.
• Strong communication skills for daily follow-up with the overseas office.
• Ability to assist with CADs for buyer meetings.
