Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Dentist to deliver comprehensive clinical care from initial exam to treatment completion. Our practice includes periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a strong patient flow and a focus on high-quality care.

You will join a team committed to patient outcomes, with annual compensation featuring 150,000 to 250,000 USD and the opportunity to earn up to 36% of collections, plus robust benefits and ongoing CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program
• Current state license to practice dentistry
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education

Education
