Job summary

42 North Dental, built by dentists for dentists, is seeking a Dentist to deliver comprehensive clinical care and lead patients through exams, treatment planning, and delivery of care in a thriving practice in Massachusetts.

You will manage in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, while upholding the highest standards of patient care and ethics. Competitive compensation and bonus structures accompany a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program is required.
• State license to practice dentistry is required.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B is required.
• Malpractice insurance is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues in the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree (ADA CODA-accredited program)

Current state dental license
