42 North Dental in Montoursville, PA is seeking a Full-time General Dentist to lead the patient care journey from initial exam to treatment delivery, with in-office services across periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers up to 36% of collections and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, with a schedule of 4–5 days per week, 8 AM–5 PM, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on treatment options and outcomes.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
