Job summary

Elstar Dental & Braces - a Benevis company in Texas seeks an Associate Dentist to practice full-scope family dentistry, treating patients of all ages, with opportunities to perform dental implants and use DentaPro software and digital imaging.

You will be part of a supportive team, participate in morning huddles and outreach, and contribute to a patient-centered, collaborative practice that emphasizes compassionate care.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program.
• Active, valid dental license (or eligibility for licensure).
• CPR, DEA, and any other state-required certifications.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (required in TX).

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope family dentistry for patients of all ages.
• Mentor and be mentored in a collaborative environment.
• Participate in morning huddles, team building, and community outreach.

In this role, you‘ll practice full-scope family dentistry, treating patients of all ages - from young children to adults. You‘ll have the opportunity to perform dental implants alongside a comprehensive range of general and preventive services. • Serve a diverse patient base

Our Practice Has:

• Full-scope family dentistry including implant placement
• DentaPro software
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units
• Fiber-optic handpieces
• Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
• Staffing ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants

per provider

• Average of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients per day
• State insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payor mix
