Job summary

Elstar Dental & Braces - a Benevis company in Texas seeks an Associate Dentist to provide full-scope family dentistry, including implants, for patients of all ages. You will practice with a comprehensive service range and participate in team-based, community-focused care.

The role offers a strong base with uncapped earning potential, along with incentives and a supportive, collaborative work environment. Texas licensure and nitrous oxide certification are required or pursued.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program.
• Active, valid dental license (or eligibility for licensure).
• CPR, DEA, and any other state-required certifications.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).

• Serve a diverse patient base.
• Participate in morning huddles, team building, and community outreach.
• Mentor and be mentored in a collaborative, supportive environment.

The Opportunity

We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll practice full-scope family dentistry, treating patients of all ages - from young children to adults. You'll have the opportunity to perform dental implants alongside a comprehensive range of general and preventive services. Our Practice Has

• Full-scope family dentistry including implant placement
• DentaPro software
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units
• Fiber-optic handpieces
• Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
• Staffing ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
• Average of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients per day
• State insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payor mix
