Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to manage the entire clinical patient experience, from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and a comprehensive benefits package including malpractice reimbursement, a 401K, ongoing education, mentorship, equity opportunities, and the potential for unlimited earnings.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program
• Current state dental license to practice
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• BLS/CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans with patients to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissue
• Maintain high standard of care and ethics
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education
