Job summary

42 North Dental in Williamsport, PA, is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our growing practice. You will deliver comprehensive dental care, from exams and treatment planning to delivering high-quality restorations and procedures in a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate holds a DDS/DMD with ADA CODA accreditation, holds a state license, and maintains BLS/CPR certification, malpractice insurance, and Hepatitis B vaccination.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree required and accredited by the ADA CODA

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment options with patients
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostics
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain high standard of care and ethics
• Stay updated on new developments through continuing education

Education

DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA
