Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a growing network of practices in Pennsylvania. You will provide comprehensive dental care, including exams, treatment planning, and procedures across general dentistry.

The role emphasizes exceptional patient care, ongoing professional development, and collaboration within a supportive doctor network. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is offered along with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain high standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.

Education
