Job summary

42North Dental is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team. This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and the chance to influence patient care across a broad specialty mix, with access to exclusive continuing education and a strong professional network.

The Dentist will handle the full clinical patient experience, from exam and treatment planning to delivery of care, including in-office services such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Stay current with new developments and continuing education.
