42North Dental in Portland, ME is seeking a licensed Dentist to lead the clinical patient experience from initial exam to treatment delivery, including in-office periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current license to practice dentistry in the state.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance and BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissue.
