Addison Family Dentistry in Addison, NY is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a modern, fully digital practice. You will perform general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry with a patient-centered approach, supported by SDM and Guardian Dentistry Partners.

You’ll work in a private-practice setting with mentorship, opportunities for growth, and a competitive compensation structure including a daily guarantee and percentage of collections.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license and DEA registration in good standing.
• GPR or AEGD preferred.
• Proven proficiency in general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dental care with patient comfort.
• Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions, and create patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hygienists and staff for seamless, high-quality care.
• Leverage digital tools to support accurate diagnosis and patient communication.
• Engage in continuing professional development through SDM’s clinician network.
