Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our growing team immediately. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children and young adults, has an excellent chair-side manner, and is dedicated to making a positive impact in the community.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary based on experience.
• Includes a base daily rate and a percentage of collections.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including exams, cleanings, fillings, and preventive treatments.
• Create a welcoming and supportive environment to help children feel comfortable during visits.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Collaborate with the dental team to maintain high standards of care and professionalism.
• Manage patient care efficiently while ensuring high patient satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency is highly desired. Cross-training and mentorship are available for new general dentists.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children and parents.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Part-time and full-time positions available. The ideal candidate should be able to work Saturdays and take a weekday off.
