A-Team Dental Staffing L.L.C. seeks an experienced Associate Dentist in South Lake Tahoe, CA, to perform routine and complex procedures, develop treatment plans, and supervise staff. The role emphasizes patient communication, safety compliance, and high-quality dental care.

You will use dental instruments, provide anesthesia as needed, and ensure accurate records of diagnoses and treatments, with potential for practice ownership support through the DPO Corporate structure.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD required.
• CPR certification as a baseline.
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
• Team collaboration and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Examine and diagnose patients; develop treatment plans.
• Oversee work of clinical and administrative staff.
• Perform routine and complex dental procedures as outlined.
• Use X-rays and imaging for examinations.
• Administer local anesthesia when needed.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and aftercare.
• Conduct oral cancer screenings and prescribe medications as required.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control.
