STL Mid County Dental in Creve Coeur, MO is seeking a full-time associate dentist to join a private practice known for collaborative, quality patient care. Compensation is production-based: 28–30% of production with a daily guarantee and potential for partnership.

Typical schedule is Tue–Thu 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Fri 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., no weekends; procedures include fillings, extractions, root canals, implants, dentures, and partials.

Qualifications

• Licensed General Dentist with Missouri license.
• Experience with extractions preferred.
• Clinically confident and patient-focused.
• Team-oriented with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform general dentistry procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and prosthodontics.
• Manage a busy patient schedule with a Tue–Fri daytime pattern.
• Collaborate with owner doctor for treatment planning and clinical support.
• Provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative, team-driven environment.
