Qualifications

• Perform comprehensive dental assessments and develop sound treatment plans
• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic dental services
• Educate patients throughout all phases of care on prevention, causes, and treatment options
• Review and maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Address patient concerns with professionalism and compassion
• Lead and support a small clinical team while contributing to a positive workplace culture
• Maintain attendance standards to ensure continuity of patient care
• Uphold patient confidentiality, Patients’ Rights, and all federal, state, and dental board regulations
