Position Summary

Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is excited to welcome new dental graduates to join our team as Associate Dentists. This position offers a supportive environment for recent graduates to develop their clinical skills while providing high-quality dental care to our patients. The Associate Dentist will work closely with experienced dentists and office staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes and foster a positive office culture.

Job Duties / Expectations

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and restorative procedures under supervision and mentorship as needed
• Adhere to all office protocols, policies, and procedures to maintain quality and safety standards
• Conduct thorough clinical and radiographic examinations to identify dental conditions and implement appropriate treatment plans
• Educate patients on preventive oral care and hygiene practices
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including diagnosis and coding
• Participate actively in daily office huddles, team meetings, and ongoing training opportunities
• Collaborate with the office team to support positive culture and achieve performance goals
• Comply with OSHA and regulatory guidelines to ensure patient and staff safety

Educational and Licensing Requirements
