Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Valid, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Washington (or ability to obtain).
• Active DEA and CPR/BLS certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a gentle and empathetic chairside manner.
• Commitment to continuing education and staying current with dental technologies and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive, periodic, and limited oral examinations.
• Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment plans to address functional and aesthetic needs.
• Provide high-quality clinical care including composites, crowns and bridges, removable prosthodontics, basic endodontics, and oral surgery.
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in our practice management software.
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and front office to ensure a seamless patient experience.
