Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree and license to practice dentistry.
• Open to both new graduates and experienced clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes.
• Partner with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship.
• Expand skills with CE opportunities.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists to deliver optimal outcomes.
• Utilize advanced technology (CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, EPIC).
• Align with Owner Dentist on clinical standards and outcomes.
