You’ll collaborate with in-house specialists, use CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, and EPIC health records, with a clear path to practice ownership and a competitive earnings range of $160,000 to $390,000 per year.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree or equivalent is required
• Recent graduates and experienced professionals welcome
• Mentorship from Owner Dentists and extensive CE opportunities (600+ hours)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care with patient-centric focus
• Collaborate with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship
• Expand your clinical skills through extensive CE opportunities
• Work with in-house specialists to optimize outcomes
• Utilize advanced technology (CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, EPIC) to support patient care
• Align with Owner Dentist on clinical standards and patient outcomes
