PDS Health seeks an Associate Dentist to join our patient-centered team. The role offers mentorship from Owner Dentists, opportunities to advance clinical skills, and exposure to advanced technology. You will deliver high-quality care, collaborate with in-house specialists, and participate in extensive CE.

Our digitized practice uses CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, and EPIC records to support outcomes. This is a full-time position in Albuquerque, NM with a clear path to practice ownership

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care, prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes.
• Partner with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship.
• Expand your skills with extensive CE opportunities.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists to deliver the best patient outcomes possible.
• Use advanced technology, including CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, and EPIC health records.
• Align with the Owner Dentist on clinical standards and patient outcomes.
