Job summary
42 North Dental—built by dentists for dentists—invites a Dentist to join our Massachusetts practice. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to delivery of care, with in-house specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.
Applicants must hold a DMD or DDS degree, a current state license, Hepatitis B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR certification. Competitive benefits and career growth opportunities are offered.
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
- Current state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
- Proof of malpractice insurance.
- Current BLS or CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Promote oral health and disease prevention
- Diagnose oral diseases
- Educate patients on treatment options
- Create and maintain treatment plans to restore oral health
- Review treatment plan options with patients
- Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
- Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
- Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
- Provide restorative and preventive dental care
- Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity
- Maintain the highest quality standard of care and professionalism
- Keep up to date with new developments and continuing education.
