Qualifications
- DDS/DMD degree required or eligible to practice in Tennessee.
- Active dental license in Tennessee or eligibility.
- Strong clinical skills with patient-centered care.
- Willingness to participate in mentorship and CE opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care and treatment.
- Collaborate with Owner Dentists for coaching and standards.
- Engage in extensive CE to enhance clinical skills.
- Work with in-house specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
- Utilize CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI screening, and EPIC systems.
